Complimentary Discovery Call

Cancellation Policy

These complimentary discovery calls are here for you to share your marketing goals and challenges with me, and discover how I can help you grow your business quietly, organically, and authentically. They are also for us to get to know each other a bit, and establish whether we are a good fit for one another. I require all prospective clients to attend a complimentary discovery call with me before we agree to start working together. I do not take direct bookings for any of my services without first having a discovery call. This is to ensure we are a good fit, and to give all my clients the best possible opportunity to achieve real results from working with me. Prior to our call, I will email you to ask if you wish to discuss anything in particular. This is to help me prepare for the call. After our call, I will send you one follow-up email, which may include an invitation to book onto a service if I feel it is a good fit for both of us. There is no hard sell, and I do not ask you to commit to any services on the call. To cancel or reschedule your discovery call, please contact me at rhiannon@purplehorsemarketing.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance, and I will endeavour to offer you an alternative slot. In the event of a no-show, I reserve the right to refuse further bookings. These calls are free of charge, and I will have taken the time to prepare for our call beforehand. Therefore, I will not tolerate repeat no-shows. These complimentary calls are subject to fair use and I reserve the right to refuse your booking.
