Free Discovery Call

Service Description

Before we work together, I'd love for us to get to know one another. My business is centred on nurturing close client relationships, so I like the opportunity to build that relationship from the start. If you are serious about investing in a long-term SEO strategy, or you just want to explore how SEO or blogging could work for your business, my free discovery calls are for you. These calls are one hour long. I don't do speedy sales calls, because I need time to understand you, your business and your goals. I also require all of my clients - particularly those on SEO consultancy packages - to dedicate at least one hour every month to a 1:1 Zoom call where we can discuss campaign progress and any relevant updates or changes in your business. These calls are for us to get to know one another, and for me to learn a bit about your business, goals and needs. We will explore how SEO and blogging could support your business growth and goals, and you will have the opportunity to ask me questions about SEO and my products / services. I'll start the call by asking you about your business, and what you hope to achieve with it. Then, I'll outline how you could use SEO / blog content to help you achieve those aims, and set out realistic expectations in terms of results and timeframes. If I believe SEO is not the right approach for your business at this time, I will say so - although I find most businesses I speak to can benefit in some way from SEO. I never ask potential clients to agree to a service or buy something on the call, so you can book with confidence, knowing you won't be given the hard sell. I will, however, suggest which of my offers, if any, could work best for your business. I will send one follow-up email after our call, to check-in and see if I can be of further assistance or to send you any relevant information about my offers. If you expressed interest in my SEO consultancy services, I may ask if you would like me to prepare a written proposal. If you feel we aren't the right match, then that's absolutely fine! Also, if I feel we aren't aligned, then I will say so. Space on all of my service-based offers is limited, especially for my SEO consultancy services. I want to get all of my clients the best possible results, so I always work with a small number of clients at any one time.
